Targowa Street is an urban phenomenon. A poignant, thoroughly authentic
downtown landscape has been developing from the compact procession of tenements,
some of which were built during the partitions of Poland.

The courageous silhouette of Praska Moderna has emerged in this environment, and although its restrained,
bright façade respects the urban rhythm of the western frontage,
this open, modernist form attracts attention,
difficult to disregard by passers-by.

Matter of

imagination

In Praska Moderna the imagination rules. It creates a space for progress and change in which the words “tenement house”, “urban greenery” or “apartment” acquire new meanings.

Living vegetation blends with the building’s structure: its quiet, green expanse begins over the classical gateway, on the walls surrounding the spacious inner courtyard, on the roof and outside facade.

Behind two-storey high windows spacious lofts open, bright, full of air and inspiration. A personal space, ready for every whim of the imagination.
